Hello,
We just wanted to thank you for such a lovely 'packet' we received
w/ the cremation of our well-loved kitty, Samantha Poole. We picked
up Samantha's ashes and packet today, from Las Vegas Referral (on
Durango and Trop). Having to deal w/ the sudden death and shock of
Samantha's passing has been difficult, yet the packet you sent along
w/ the ashes were very comforting., and we just wanted to convey
that to you.
Thank you,
Cindy

Hi Sheri,
I just came home from Park Animal Hospital where I picked up my
beautiful sweet English Mastiff's urn and remains. It has been the
hardest 2 and 1/2 weeks without our sweet Macy around. The home is
not the same and our family will never be the same without her.
But, now on our mantle sits such a beautiful urn, and I just wanted
to say, thank you so much for what you do. I really appreciate the
care and time you took to put it all together in such a loving,
dignified way. It is a beautiful way for me to remember my special
girl.
Thank you very much,
Tracey

Sorry it took me so long to write to you,
but this is the first time since my beloved Khai passed on that I
have been able to think of him without crying. Some of the reason
why, I must say is thanks to you.
I cannot thank you enough for the respect and compassion with which
you treated my Khai. Especially for the many extra steps of
kindness you took to make this most difficult task for me bearable.
I arrived in NV only 4 months before my best and only friend died.
He was fine that morning, he was dead that afternoon, I was in shock
that evening. Your people worked with me through all my craziness.
I lost a previous beloved 4-legged family member in CT and had him
cremated as well, but they did not help ease my suffering as you
did. All I got was a container and was not in touch with them half
as much.
All I could afford was the basic cremation with the complimentary
container. I could not believe all I received. His paw print in
plaster, his fur & paw print to frame, an ‘in loving memory’ poem
with room for a picture to frame, the rainbow bridge poem I framed
and all this in a beautiful velvet bag. However, the most
invaluable thing I received from your staff was the understanding of
what I was going through, rational or not, and I cannot thank you
enough. Your services are priceless.
THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. Jeannette

my beloved cat Fred left me on 1-07-09 and was
sent to you for cremation. I again feel the need to thank you for
the wonderful way you treated him. I cherish the things you sent me
that were a part of him. I had him for almost 16 years and we came
here together from West Virginia. He loved and protected me with
all of his heart. Never allowed a stranger in my home without
hissing and growling at them. And was always alert to anything
outside our home. I have two other cats that have come with me from
W.Va. and New Mexico. I hope I will never have to go through the
pain of losing them but if they do leave me and I am still here, I
will send them to you to care for them. I will grieve for the rest
of my life over Fred. He was one of a kind. All my cats have been
abused or thrown away by other people. I am so glad that they ended
up with me. Thank you and everyone who works with you for the
kindness and understanding you gave me. Fred deserved the best and
he got it!!

I wanted to thank you so much for the caring you took for our Lucky
(Roo, who passed away on 8 Feb 2008) & our Bootsie (Boo, who passed
away on 23 Jan 2009). We are very happy with the service you & your
staff provided.
We love their urns and the mattings with their fur & paw print. I
also purchased extra mattings for our friends in Idaho, they love
them very much.
These two girls were very precious to us as well as our friends who
also cared for them while we all lived in California. Miss Roo &
Miss Boo were left by their owners (Roo through abandonment & Boo
through someone just not caring) and one of my friends had taken
over the responsibility of caring for them. When I met them it was
in 1998 and through the years to 2006, my friend & I shared in the
caring of these two beautiful girls.
When my husband & I moved to Canada in 2006, we scooped them up and
took them with us with our other 4 babies, Opal, Diamond, Tiger &
Lily. It was at the same time our friends were moving to Idaho, so
my husband & I took the opportunity to bring Boo & Roo with us. We
spent a year in Canada then finally settled here in Las Vegas
bringing our 6 kitty brood with us:)
It is still hard to imagine that Boo & Roo are gone, but I know they
are up in Heaven with my Grandparents and my cat ChouChou (who
passed away on Sept 1999). Even though we have Opal, Diamond, Tiger
& Lily, it does seem really quiet. But we know the girls are keeping
an eye on us and are here in Spirit.
Thank you again for everything Sheri. I'm so glad we found you to
make our babies final trip into Heaven much easier.

Dear Sheri,
I just wanted to let you know that you and your staff are
awesome and I am deeply grateful for everything you have done
for me and my beloved Darling Fee. I had her since she was a
puppy and we had 17 magnificent years together, when she passed
away, my heart broke and you were right there and handled
everything so beautifully and gracefully, you and your staff
helped me to get through this experience and I love the
poems, the gorgeous vessel for my love, the sweet words and the
heart paw print, just everything is so very lovely and
thoughtful, and then your office called and said I can take my
baby home - I was speechless, words are not enough to thank you
, what that meant to me - I can take her home with me , thank
you so very much for your beautiful services, what a great gift
your company provides, you are all angels , God bless you all
and your families and have a blessed holiday season and happy

Dear Sheri and staff,
This is Stephanie B.. the mother of Rocky... (#29636). I just wanted to say how
surprised and impressed I was when I got Rocky back even though I cried again as
usual. I wish we would have gone with you sooner with the other animals I have
had cremated from another place. I can feel the care and respect that you guys
put into this and will be using in the future with the rest of our animals. I
will definitely recommend you to everyone that asks. I feel at peace and it
actually feels like he is still here with everything that I have. Thank you
again! |

Dear Sheri,
I wish to take this opportunity to THANK YOU and your staff for
your obvious care in finalizing the last remains of my Kismet. I
felt
completely confident that he would be treated with the respect
deserving of a family member. The urn which I selected (Lotus
Blossom) is even more beautiful than pictured. Soon I will be
sending
two additional remains for their final urns, knowing in advance
that
you will be equally caring. It is good, and comforting, to have
Kismet
home again.
Sincerely,
Michael

Hi Sheri,
My name is Melissa . You had helped my husband & myself 2 years ago with Angel,
our Black Lab. We have since moved out of the state & are having a hard time
finding a company that provides the service you gave to us.
I would like to know if I may purchase the metal container, "Until We Meet Again
At The Rainbow Bridge" velour bag, the mat for a paw print & piece of fur, & the
poem with a heart shaped cut out for a picture of the animal?
I know this may seem strange, but I would like all of my babies to have the same
arrangements for them. Please let me know if this may be possible & how much
would it cost for 3 sets of the above items. I will also need to have them
shipped to Pittsburgh, PA 15227. Please include the shipping costs as well.
If you should have any questions, please email me or call me.
Thank you for all your help,
Melissa

Hi Sheri,
I wanted to thank YOU for taking such good care of my baby.........Sweetie
(black and white female shih tzu).
I got her from the LVVRC Hospital this past Thursday
afternoon. You did a beautiful job with my Sweetie and although It was so very
hard for me to see the blue velvet pouch come out........ & to know that in the
walnut box it was my Sweetie,...... I enjoyed and took comfort in knowing her
cremation was done with love & kindness.
Thank YOU.........it meant alot to me, Sweetie is now in
heaven and out of any pain or discomfort forever!
With much thanks!

Sheri,
I want to thank you for the beautiful work you do. I lost my
beloved cat 'Gizmo' on August 14, 2008. He was 16 years old and
born in Indiana. He was my third boy to come to you. Each one has
been returned to me in the most loving way. I cherish the fact that
I still have them with memories, ashes, and especially a little of
their fur and footprint. You did beautiful work on Gizmo by
capturing all the colors he had. I will be forever grateful for all
the work you do and the memories I will have forever.
Thank you,
Linda

Hanna Marie
March 2001~ July 3, 2008
Our sweet Hanna Marie went to Rainbow bridge in the early
morning hours of July 3, 2008. Hanna was born March 2001 in
Fosters, Alabama. My brother in law and sister who lived the
next street over from us, found her in a bucket of water,
upside down and non responsive. He quickly grabbed her and
gave her mouth to mouth and after a few minutes she was
running around with her siblings! That was how she was
brought into our lives. I KNEW I had to have her and make
her a part of our family. She sure was a fighter! Hanna
brought 6 wonderful years of adventure and love into our
lives.
Though making the decision as to what to do with her remains
was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make, taking
her to Pet Cremations was the right one. I want to take
Hanna back home to Alabama to bury her on our family land
where she lived most of her life, when we relocate in
another year. They handled her with care and love and were
so dignified in the whole process. They expressed their
condolences in a very compassionate manner. As a "pet" owner
(really SO much more than a pet though) we want validation
that these babies are a very large part of our lives. They
successfully did that....and more. When I went to pick Hanna
up, again it was verbalized of the sorrow over our loss.
They understood that a week was not going to be enough time
to heal and "be over" the loss. Upon picking her up, I was
given the greatest gift! I received her paw print, a
clipping of her hair, a lovely poem and a picture frame for
her picture. The whole process was handled in the utmost
care and dignity! I now have something I would not have had
if I had taken her to another "center" to handle her last
moments on this earth. THANK YOU PET CREMATION!!
We love you baby!

Hello. My name is Rose and I have recently spoken with Dianne with
Pet Cremation Services this morning. I am so honored that you take
the paw print of our pets with the clipping of the hair to give back
to the owners. I am so touched that you are such a considerate
organization.
Thanks for listening and reading my letter, and I am in high appreciation
of your cremation facility. Thank you for being so considerate with
my cat Chloe.

Dear Sheri:
I just wanted to write and thank you for such a lovely silver
embossed urn for my beloved cat, Aiko. Although we had to put
her to sleep on April 9th, I wasn't able to face transferring
her ashes from the temporary box to the urn until today. It is
just so beautiful, and it makes me feel better to look at it
sitting on our mantle in the family room where she and I spent
many happy hours.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

April 19, 2008Sheri,
I picked up my Zeke today as soon as the vet called. Thank you so,
so much for a beautiful presentation and memory of my beloved. Zeke
was my one and only for 15 long years and we shared a special bond
that will never be forgotten. I am glad I chose your services. The
keepsake you prepared for us is priceless and I will be sure to
recommend your services to my friends and family should they ever
need it. I am now looking over the urn collections on your website
and may choose one in the near future.
Thank you again. It was a tough week without my Zeke. My heart
finally feels some peace knowing he is now always with me, no matter
where I go.
Kind regards,
Tanya

Dear Sir or Madam:
I wanted to rite and let you know how
grateful I and my husband are for your exemplary and creative
handling of our cat's remains. We had never used your services
before, and when our cat Lucy passed away on February 29, we were
upset enough at having to rush her to the emergency animal clinic to
be euthanized, that we did not know, or think to ask, what to expect
from the cremation service offered, except to have her ashes be
returned. That is literally all we were expecting. I did
my best to take a sample whisker and small tuft of hair from her at
the emergency hospital , but in my emotional state, I could not
concentrate on it, and we had to resign ourselves to accepting the
fact that we would have to get along without much of a physical
keepsake from her.
We were utterly surprised, touched
and pleased to find that your service included not only a pawprint
(something I would have never thought of), but a lovely hair tuft
from her, one that preserved her unusual coloring. We
had no idea that those things were part of your policy and
procedure, and I must say that it brought us a sense of not just
closure, but bittersweet delight, and ultimately, peach to know that
we still have a small part of our beloved old girl, thanks to your
thoughtfulness.
Again, we cannot thank you enough for
treating a beloved member of our family with such gentleness,
respect and kindness. We will never forget it.
Best regards
Steven and Delight

I just wanted to thank you for
taking care of Sam for us. We appreciate it very much. We really
miss
the little guy so much but we’ll
be able to keep him with us thanks to you. He was 14 ½ years old
and we got him the first year we
were married. He was our first baby. Anyway, thanks again.

Ms. Allen and Staff,
I wanted to thank you very much for the service you provided for my
sweet Pinball. He was so ill, and it was his time to go.
You made things very easy for us.
The work you do is appreciated and we respect that and hold you in
the highest regard. The lock of hair was so special.
This was actually my favorite place to pet him (he never wanted me
to). but now I have a part of my baby forever, and I thank you.
With warm regards
Nicole and Michael
